PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping carrier performance.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Important THCA Shipping Notice: Our THCA products are not allowed to be shipped to the following states: HI, ID, MN, OR, RI, UT, VT.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipping to restricted states. If you place an order for delivery to a restricted state, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount - check our website for current promotions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
DELAYED ORDERS
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by:

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@originsgreen.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or delivery method. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at info@originsgreen.com.
